Perfect location on a quiet beach with lots of palm trees and an excellent view from our balcony. I loved the pool area which was like a garden, 2 pools, a hot tub, and a huge hot tub pool. There were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas there and on the beach for no extra fee. The sofa lounge area was relaxing with beach views. Eva was a wonderful waitress that always treated us like a guest in her home. Very attentive. Fernando was always happy and eager to chat or to help make sure we had everything we could want at the pool and beach area. The beach was a safe place to walk. No vendors 😀. Police on ATVs patrolled regularly. The public beach next door was so clean, so quiet, and had a little cocktail kiosk. I enjoyed picking up unusual shells, especially the pink clam shells. There were several restaurants, grocery store, and a mall within walking distance. We walked to dinner at Plato's and Metropol. These had simple menus of typical local food.

We like location. The room is very good and beautiful. Even the window was so clean that I didn't see and hit my head there. Staff is very good, especially towel guys, the guy at the beach serving (forgot name), parking guys, cleaning ladies. Especially it was one guy Gabriel I think in main restaurant, who gave a lot of information than reception, and said where to go in the city and we went and were happy. Thanks to FO managers, they helped with some issues.

I did like the location. I was able to walk down to stores and restaurants. You are not confined to the hotel if you decide not to rent a car.

They provided beach chairs and an umbrella to guests. You could also go to the pool, which was a nice setup. Towels and bug spray provided. I was also very appreciative that they allowed us to check in early, and I'm glad they had a washer/dryer to use since we just arrived from a 7-day cruise.

The resort is beautiful and comes with a balcony view that is awesome ! If it were all inclusive, I would stay here again and again

Everything but the beach area/equipment and the mattresses can be more comfortable. The staff was extremely nice accept in the casino. Free wifi for work which was great!!

I loved the views (especially from my balcony). The pool and beach were beautiful and comfortable temperatures. Loved that the pool was open 24/7 and that the resort was right on the beach. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed Fernando (towel guy). His energy and customer service was outstanding.
